  • 2 lbs. (907 g) chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp AC BBQ lemon stepper rub
  • 1 tbsp AC BBQ MVP rub
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese, garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, carrot and celery sticks, for serving
  • ¼ cup Reene’s Mighty Garlic Caesar dressing
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tbsp AC BBQ lemon stepper rub
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • Preheat your grill to 350ºF. With a paper towel, pat the wings dry. Coat the wings with AC BBQ lemon stepper and MVP rub. Mix to evenly combine.
  • Grill the wings for about 20-30 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the lemon stepper creamy garlic parmesan sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, parmesan, and parsley. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add AC BBQ lemon stepper rub, and garlic. Stir to combine and simmer, about 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the butter mixture into the Caesar dressing mixture and whisk to combine.
  • Transfer the wings to a bowl and toss in the lemon stepper creamy garlic parmesan sauce until completely coated. Plate the wings and garnish with parmesan and parsley. Serve with lemon wedges, carrot and celery sticks, and your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
